At this moment, we would like to introduce you to our range of fiberglass parts. Despite its traditional nature, fiberglass still offers the most visually appealing appearance among all body parts and allows for a highly flexible production process in terms of quantity, colors, and potential reinforcement. Moreover, its strength-to-weight ratio makes it particularly appealing for electric vehicle body parts, especially in small quantities.

Sevpacks collaborates with multiple fiber part manufacturers and offers support in various stages, from engineering and plug manufacturing to the production of final parts. Above is an image of a plug for an EV cabin part, created entirely through CNC fabrication using the customer's 3D files.

Once the plug is inspected, the production molds will be created for the desired quantities. Decisions need to be taken on whether to apply color gel coating or paint the products later. Both options have their advantages and disadvantages, but they can also be altered later on. This demonstrates the simplicity and flexibility of manufacturing fiber parts, despite the higher costs compared to alternative materials and production methods like thermoforming.
